  14. Loss of dilutions with MedCalc pro 2.6

After updating Medcalc pro to version 2.6 all my drug dilutions (n=50) are lost although I had activated backup in the iCloud. I still have backups of the files "FormulaNotes.plist" and "InfusionDrugs.dat" stored on my Mac but I cannot synchronize these files with Medcalc pro using iTunes.

Is there any way to transfer these files into Medcalc pro 2.6?

The formula “Na + glicemia/18 + BUN/2.8” is used in the “Osmolal Gap (Plasma)” calculator. I will clarify in the next MedCalX update (v 3.2) that this is indeed the osmolaridad calculation. The “/18” part is only needed to convert glucose to a different unit, so it’s not currently shown in our info page. Same for BUN, so I’m considering this formula as completed.
