Initiating and Adjusting Insulin in Diabetes Mellitus 2
It would be great if MedCalc had the formula for initiating insulin, based on weight, and adjusting insulin, based on fasting glucose and current insulin units. There's already an app for that, but the formulas are public. Instead of having two apps, we could have only one app!
