Recently validated ROSE (risk stratification of syncope in the ED) rule
A rule that identifies independent clinical predictors of short term risk of MI, life threatening arrhythmia, pacemaker insertion, pulmonary embolism, stroke, ICH/SAH, need for blood transfusion or acute surgery.
