1. If there is suspicion of non-accidental trauma (NAT)—-DO A CT of the Brain without Contrast no matter what the score.
2. If the child is ill-appearing or has an altered mental status—DO A CT of the Brain without Contrast no matter what the score.
3. If the infant scalp hematoma score is 5 or greater—-DO A CT of the Brain without Contrast.
4. This study will also provide data for parents who want a CT of the brain to be done for a frontal bone hematoma to show that most of the time it is not indicated. If the score is 5 or greater do a CT of the brain without contrast
