ALBI score = (log10 bilirubin [µmol/L] × 0.66) + (albumin [g/L] × −0.0852). As a result, ALBI grades 1, 2, and 3 were developed as follows: ALBI score ≤ −2.60 (ALBI grade 1), > −2.60 to ≤ −1.39 (ALBI grade 2), and > −1.39 (ALBI grade 3)
