  2. Ottawa SAH Rule

    I would like to see the Ottawa subarachnoid rule, recently published in JAMA vol 310, number 12, pg # 1248-55, in MedCalc. Rule describes when work up needs to be done for an adult with normal Neuro exam and non-traumatic headache peaking in 1 hour.

  9. NAFLD activity score

    Sum of an individual's liver biopsy scores for steatosis (0-3), lobular inflammation (0-2), hepatocellular ballooning (0-2) and fibrosis (0-4). Score <3 corresponds to NAFLD, 3-4 is borderline NASH, > or equal to 5 corresponds with NASH.

    Is a scoring system to differentiate NAFLD vs NASH based on a liver biopsy.
