    I propose to implement valve area evaluation with HAKKI formula (circulation 1981,63:1050-1055).

    In addition, if is it possible, it will be usefull to have tables parameters for TAVI (ie Core valve and Edwards)

    Hallo,

    ich benutze MedCalc schon seit Jahren und finde es super. Um es noch besser zu machen, habe ich eine Anregung:
    Die Formel für die SIRS-Kriterien entspricht nicht der aktuellen SIRS-Definition der DSG. Dafür bräuchte man eine Abfrage mit den Punkten
    Infekt?
    Positive Blutkultur?
    Hyperventilation?
    Hyperthermie oder Hypothermie?
    Tachykardie?
    Leukozytose oder Leukopenie?
    Organversagen (mit den entsprechenden Grenzwerten)?

    Das Ergebnis könnte dann sein:
    Kein SIRS / SIRS infektiöser / nichtinfektöser Genese / mit / ohne Organversagen / Sepsis / Schwere Sepsis
