    We derived a constant termed the transfusion coefficient to simplify the estimation of the fetal intravascular transfusion volume.   19. The 1800 rule for insulin sensitivity

    A calc where you input current and desired blood sugar, total insulin and it tells you how much more insulin you need

    Insulin sensitivity factor =1800/total insulin in day

    To apply we do this calculation:
    (Current blood sugar- target bs)/ insulin sensitivity factor

    A useful feature would also be to allow a range of 1500 to 2000 for the correction factor as a drop down menu, so I could choose the proper one according to the type of insulin
