Inotrope conversion from preparation to mcg/min or mcg/kg/min
E.g. Norepinephrine 8mg/250ml at 30ml/hr = 16mcg/min
E.g. 2 dobutamine 250mg/250ml with 100kg pt at 90ml/h gives 15mcg/kg/min

This is already included in MedCalX, look for the “infusion management” calculator. It even lets you store your favorite dilutions.
