Euroscore is a widely accepted scoring system for preoperative risk assesment in cardiac surgery. In our clinic in Turkey, I use MedCalc to calculate the additive and logistic ES, the Finnish version, but also calculate the ES-2, and plan to evaluate their correlation to the real risk to find out which system fits our Turkish patients best. I would love to see all versions in one place, so that I could enter all data (aware of that they differ in some parameters) and get all four (additive ES-1, log ES-1, Finnish version, ES-2) results at once.
