Please see www.riskprediction.org.uk for many risk prediction models which are useful for surgeons. Perhaps you could incorporate this in your app. Also, please include the interpretation of the scoring below it. For instance Charlson comorbidity index with age could have the relative risk of increased mortality below it.

Charlson has recently been implemented and we have several other risk scores on our todo list. Please vote for them individually or add them if they are not presently on our list, this helps us prioritize.
