Need support
Hi, my name is Dario Batista, i bought the sanford app with the apple id "1"; after that, i changed my apple id to "2" and i mantained the adress 1 in thia new account. Now, i'm unable to update de app.. Could you give me a hand, here? I still have the paypayl receipt

Oh, I see. As I mentioned, we can't do much about Apple IDs, please try with iTunes support, they are usually very helpful.
If it doesn't work out, get back at us again via email (because this here is public).

Sorry, i ment medcalc and not sanford (i have the same problem with sanford)..

In any case, if you are having trouble with Apple-IDs and updating, only Apple can help you, we and other developers don't have access to this type of information. I suggest you try http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/.
