Gent & vanc dosing and monitoring
I would most welcome calculator for dosing gentamicin & vancomycin. Moreover, adjusting dose for levels.

This is BADLY needed in clinical practice.

As an ID doc I believe one management tool in efforts to prevent MDR microorganisms is by appropriate dosing & interval of antibiotics. Vanc & gent dosing would help physicians & house staff tremendously.
