Hi, I think there could be another formula set added that is useful for transportation issues. We often take over patients with running iv drugs for hemodynamic support that are relevant to be taken over in a correct manner to provide improved patient safety. If you are interested, I have made an Excel sheet to calculate doses so that you can work with your own well known standards. There is no need to change routines any more.
