The score is calculated from the values of 5 parameters (initial rhythm, presence/absence of witness/the time until ROSC, blood pH, blood lactate level, and score on the motor scale of the GCS) that can be easily measured before ICU admis- sion. These parameters can also be easily measured in pediatric patients.
