pediatric drug dosages
Hi Folks,
In your previous versions of Medcalc, I was able to access pediatric resuscitation dosages, however, in the most recent versions of the software this is not possible. A message indicating that Apple's policies have caused you to delete this aspect of the program. It was extremely useful having the resuscitation doses readily available. Since you still produce Pedistat, why isn't this program in violation of the same Apple policies?

Pedistat is not made by us. But you're right in that Apple does not police the App Store and apply the same rules to everyone. What happened to us and a few others is that they found the dose calc during an update and asked us to pull it. Pedistat would have the same problem and I guess they know it, so I think they will just not again update the app and hope Apple doesn't stumble upon it.
This is the bad side of Apple's control over apps and has left us quite unmotivated for some time now.
