    As a pharmacist, I use app all day long as I work. Would like ability to calc multile crcl formulas / body weights within one time data entry, Pharmacologyweekly web has very useful formula as idea....saves a lot of time

  11. La clasificación de forrester

    La clasificación de forrester al ingreso hace referencia a las medidas hemodinámicas invasoras y tienen influencia pronostica junto con la clasificación de killip (ambas se utilizan para categorizar la situación clínica).

    I Disminuir el consumo de O2 con beta bloquéantes

    II Diuréticos utilizar O2, nitrarlos en ausencia de hipotension, diuréticos (precaucion en dosis para evitar disminuir el gasto cardiaco y perfusion coronaria).

    III (típico del IAM VD) aumentar precarga con líquidos.

    IV (típico del shock cardiogenico) aumentar el gasto cardiaco con aminas, vasodilatadores y BIAOC, Reducir precarga con diuréticos y vasodilatadores.

    Guten Morgen. Zunächst ersteinmal: tolles Programm.
    Jetzt habe ich als Pneumologe noch zwei Ideen:
    1. Altersanpassung Sauerstoffpartialdruck
    pO2 (mmHG)=100-(0,26xAlter)
    2. Umrechnungsformel pO2 bei Hypoxie
    pO2korr=pO2ist-1,66x(40-pCO2).

    Wäre toll, vor allem letzteres wird oft vergessen.
