dFiO2 = ([80 / a/A ratio + PCO2 / 0.8] / 713) * 100
CTV = exhaled TV - 3*(PAP - PEEP)
Static compliance = CTV / (PAP - PEEP)
Dynamic compliance = CTV / (plateau pressure - PEEP)
