   No need for Gupta calculator!.
   Why have a calculator for a risk score that is not even mentioned by the 2014 AHA guidelines for evaluation for perioperative MACE. Only RCRI, NSQIP MICA, and NSQIP surgical risk calculator are supported by the AHA/ACC.
