    Der NEWS2 (National Early Warning Score) wurde 2012 in Großbritannien vom Royal College of Physicians entwickelt und 2017 in seiner zweiten Version im Hinblick auf das Identifizieren einer Sepsis und anderen Erkrankungen angepasst. Er hat in Großbritannien andere Scores abgelöst und für eine landesweite Vereinheitlichung gesorgt. Mittlerweile wird er zunehmend auch außerhalb des Vereinigten Königreiches eingesetzt.

  8. Score TripCast (Anticoagulation préventive sous plâtre)

    Le score TRiP(cast) (Thrombosis Risk Prediction in patients with Cast Immobilization Score) permet de déterminer l'indication ou la non indication d'un traitement anticoagulant lors de la pose d'un immobilisation de membre inférieur.
    Le score n'est validé que chez l'adulte (18 ans ou plus).
    S'il y a plusieurs traumatismes et plusieurs immobilisations, sélectionnez les items avec le plus grand nombre de points.
    Un score ≥ 7 indique un risque intermédiaire (7-11) ou élevé (≥12), et donc implique une anticoagulation.
