version 2.2.2
I need the Medcalc version 2.2.2 (already bought) because I updated my Iphone 3 from iOS 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 and lost the old version and the newest doesn´t work. I don´t want iOS 4.x. Where can I find it ?

Unfortunately this is entirely in Apple's hands. We have filed a request with Apple some time ago that they make old versions available through iTunes, we hope that they consider this some time in the future!
Just a note, iOS 4.2 has a better performance on the iPhone 3G than iOS 3, in case you don't want iOS 4 because of fear of a slow OS.
