P:F Ratio
P:F ratio is the ratio of arterial oxygen concentration to the fraction of inspired oxygen. It reflects how well the lungs absorb oxygen from expired air.
P/F ratio = PaO2/FiO2 x 100
Normal is 500
Acute lung injury is <300
ARDS is <200
