LRINEC score!

I would love, love, love a LRINEC score for necrotizing fasciitis calculator on the app! It's a great tool, my surgeons always ask me for it, and the darn study is in SI units so I always is a PITA to calculate! Plus, I've scoured the Internet and I can't seem to find one anywhere.

    I had to google this just 3 days ago. It is not such a rare condition. As a medical student I had seen 2 cases in my internship, and as a medical resident I've seen one suspect case recently.
