Canadian Head CT rule
In the german localisation, the "amnesia"-checkbox reads "Anterograde Amnesie". According to the article in Lancet that is linked in the formula, "Amnesia before impact >30 min [is associated with] medium risk (for brain injury on CT)". That would translate to retrograde amnesia, not anterograde amnesia. I'm not sure if this is specific to the german localisation, but maybe it's worth checking anyway?

Thanks for the hint, this has been wrongly translated to German as well as French, will be fixed in the next update!

Yes, this has been internally fixed but we have been delayed with publishing the update because of iOS 7. We are looking at pushing out an intermediary update in the near future.

Held a presentation about the above mentioned rule and as our professor Dr. Inderbitzin checked your app we stumbled across the mistranslation in the german version. It has not yet been corrected. Otherwise great app altogether!
