Let us know which new formula you would like to see included in MedCalc or how we can enhance existing formulas.

Are we missing a formula?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. Combined MELD and Childs Pugh scores

    Whenever I calculate the MELD I will calculate the child's Pugh score. I know that the app will carry over recently entered labs between calculators but it would be super awesome just to have both of those calculators in the same page so that I don't have to search for one, do the calculation and then search for the other and do the calculation.

    I haven’t updated this request: with MedCalX version 3.1, released in the fall of 2015, you can now create “workflows”, which would allow you to do just what you’re describing here. I hope you have already found out about it and like it – enhancements are coming with version 3.2!

  3. Clarity to questions in Nexus formula

    Nexus C Spine is currently written in the double negative which can lead to confusion. Suggest changing the questions to Yes / No format

  4. Add degree of vascular occlusion to Ankle/Brachial index

    One suggestion, in the ankle / brachial index, it would be interesting to add the degree of vascular occlusion involving the resulting index (mild, moderate or severe).
