IBW formula has weird rounding
When I calculate the IBW for a male that is 72" tall myself, using the formula 50 + 2.3(12), I get an IBW of 77.6 kg.
This program produces an IBW of 77.7, using the same formula. What gives? It's a minor difference, but it doesn't make any sense.
1 voteThis is a rounding error because we internally use centimeters in this place for technical reasons. I’ll increase the precision so this discrepancy goes away.

Injury Severity Score - ISS
This is very important to the trauma patient and is kind of tricky to calculate manually.

Combined MELD and Childs Pugh scores
Whenever I calculate the MELD I will calculate the child's Pugh score. I know that the app will carry over recently entered labs between calculators but it would be super awesome just to have both of those calculators in the same page so that I don't have to search for one, do the calculation and then search for the other and do the calculation.
Thanks for considering this!
1 voteI haven’t updated this request: with MedCalX version 3.1, released in the fall of 2015, you can now create “workflows”, which would allow you to do just what you’re describing here. I hope you have already found out about it and like it – enhancements are coming with version 3.2!
