In the very first edition of MedCalc you had an easy steroid equivalence calculator. It's honestly one of the only reasons I waited so long to upgrade because none of the new versions have this! It's a very simple calculator, but very useful for hospital admissions with people on pred who all of a sudden can't take any pills by mouth and need to me switched to IV steroids (small bowel obstruction, for example). Could this be added?
