   Thanks for the info, Pascal!

   Instead of removing the calculators and tables all together, is there any way you can leave the tables and information as references? For instance, for Peds Resuscitation Does, Corticosteroids and Opioid Converters, it would be useful just to have the tables in the app even if it didn't calculate it for us. Also, perhaps you can put a link to websites that have calculators, for example:

   http://www.globalrph.com/narcoticonv.htm for opioid converter,
   http://www.globalrph.com/corticocalc.htm for corticosteroid converter.
