    Infekt?
    Positive Blutkultur?
    Hyperventilation?
    Hyperthermie oder Hypothermie?
    Tachykardie?
    Leukozytose oder Leukopenie?
    Organversagen (mit den entsprechenden Grenzwerten)?

    Das Ergebnis könnte dann sein:
Kein SIRS / SIRS infektiöser / nichtinfektöser Genese / mit / ohne Organversagen / Sepsis / Schwere Sepsis

    siehe auch:
    http://www.sepsis-gesellschaft.de/DSG/Deutsch/Krankheitsbild+Sepsis/Informationen+fuer+Mediziner/Kriterienkatalog+DSG?sid=1bt3p9v3c2xwfr9gb1jtbg&iid=2

    K. Rilling

  18. New Data in MedCalc

It would be useful to include some tables with the normal range of variables that are looked for from time to time.
I am thinking on heart measures by ecocardiography (left atrium diameter, thickness of left ventricule free wall or interventricular septum, ...), or hemodinamic variables: cardiac index, index of vascular resistances ...
    Thank you
