    We haven't yet added checklists, just putting it here. One checklist would be:

    Pre-RSI Challenge-Response Checklist

    Pre-oxygenation taking place.

    Preparation
    Baseline obs
    Cannula connected to fluid and runs easily
    Suction, working?
    Airway adjuncts - 2 xNPA, 1x OPA, 1xLMA
    Ventilator and BVM connected to oxygen
    Emergency cricothyroidotomy kit available
    Tape or tie
    HME
    ETT - size checked, and balloon tested.
    Drugs - Induction agent and paralysis chosen. Giver briefed.
    Angle piece and catheter mount
    Monitoring (ECG, NIBP, SpO2, ETC02)
    Stethoscope
    Elastic bougie
    Laryngoscopes x 2, both working.
    Syringe, 10mls, for cuff.

    Premedication (if required)

    Paralysis and Sedation
    - in-line immobiliser…
