Septic shock scores for refractory septic shock definition in children
Hi, We have just published an article about the definition of refractory septic shock in children.
The article is open access on intensive care medicine journal

INDICES EN GERIATRIA
Sería de mucha utilidad para mi practica clinica contar ademas de Barthel y KATZ (que ya están agregados) con:
- la escala GDS-5 de depresión en adulto mayor 2. la escala GDS Reisberg para puntuar demencia
- indice de Lawton de actividades de vida diaria instrumentales.
Falta también la especialidad de geriatria en el indice.

Riesgo quirúrgico cardiovascular
Los principales objetivos del manejo preoperatorio en estos pacientes son: la clasificación de su riesgo cardiaco perioperatorio y la disminución de este riesgo por medio de los tratamientos correspondientes.
