Hi, I wonder whether you would (re-)introduce the alcohol relapse score after liver transplantation, which is relevant in this patient popul
Reference is:
A simple score for predicting alcohol relapse after liver transplantation: results from 387 patients over 15 years.

Risk prediction website.
Please see www.riskprediction.org.uk for many risk prediction models which are useful for surgeons. Perhaps you could incorporate this in your app. Also, please include the interpretation of the scoring below it. For instance Charlson comorbidity index with age could have the relative risk of increased mortality below it.
1 voteCharlson has recently been implemented and we have several other risk scores on our todo list. Please vote for them individually or add them if they are not presently on our list, this helps us prioritize.

Fractional excretion of magnesium is not correct
According to Agus, JASN, 1999, the formula for FeMG is not correct : the plasma Mg value should be multiplied by 0.7 since only 70% of plasma Mg is available for filtration.

ckd epi gfr mistake
I think that there is a mistake with the body surface adjustment. As in
your mdrd gfr formula, the adjustment is directly proportional to the
relative body surface of the patient (ref uptodate :measurement of
kidney function 2012 )Your calculation is inversely proportional in
the ckd epi gfr formula.
