QT Chan - Isbister Nomogram
Many clinical areas are now recommending assessment of QT with this nomogram as opposed to Bazett or Fridericia’s formula.
Adding this lookup nomogram to medcalx would be great.

Criterios CASPAR para clasificación de Artritis Psoriásica
Artritis periférica, axial o entesitis
+ 3 puntos en los siguientes 5 hallazgos:
1. - Psoriasis actual (2 ptos), en la piel o cuero cabelludo y diagnosticado por un dermatólogo o reumatólogo.
- Historia personal o familiar (1o o 2o grado) de psoriasis (1 pto)
2. Psoriasis ungueal, onicolisis, pitting o hiperqueratosis observada en la
exploración (1 pto)
3. Factor reumatoide negativo (1 pto)
4. Dactilitis actual o previa diagnosticada por un reumatólogo (1 pto)
5. Proliferación ósea yuxtaarticular, mal definida, en RX de manos o pies
(exceptuando osteofitos) (1 pto)
