No, not yet. We have a draft but it hasn't been validated yet and fell through because of other priorities. We'll update this issue with "started" and "completed" when it's done.

You mean additionally to the absolute risk. Yes, that's a good idea!

We have an age calculator that gives years, months, weeks and days (depending on age), but no decimal age. Since you write it would need to consider leap years, converting 180 days into .5 years (as in the example you make) would not be enough. What's the precision you'd want and what do you need it for?

Just to note, some (but not all of these) get automatically stored when you save a result that use them. For example if you calculate FENa, the values you enter for Na and Creat are stored into the database. You can then export these as CSV and create a graph over time.

We do not, however, currently allow to manually add these measurements, that is correct.

This is different from the SIRS tool as it is a complete sepsis evaluation workflow. An interesting idea but not the main purpose of our SIRS tool, I'll mark it as new idea.

With version 3.0 it's now possible to send patients around via AirDrop (or email, Dropbox, Box, ...).

iCloud sync for favorites, formula notes and dilutions is in the works, but we won't use iCloud to store patient data. We're thinking about other solutions there.

The notes-labels is a good idea, however we don't want to turn MedCalc into a fallback EHR. If you put the data in there you'll have to get it out again and it's going to cause you more work, so we're very vary on adding features to the patient database. But yes, we would like to enhance its usefulness, it's just not easy to do it right.

I'll change the title and keep your ideas around, maybe other people want to discuss, thanks!

This is not currently possible. We're thinking about ways, but since this is not an easy to solve problem don't expect a solution soon.

This is an interesting idea, however as conversion of hemoglobin to htc is only an approximation. We will need to find a blood-loss formula that accepts hb as input, let us know if you happen to find one.

The PADUA score has already quite some votes (see here: https://medcalc.uservoice.com/forums/104899-formula-suggestions/suggestions/2997965-padua-prediction-score), so I've merged this into the IMPROVE proposal to boost it a bit.

I have merged this into IPSS-R to consolidate the votes. FLIPI and Carboplatin AUC are also on our list, you can add your vote there.

I've merged this to the RCRI request to get more votes for the score, feel free to also vote for our GUPTA request that we have!

Can you provide a link to this score? Google is not very helpful with this one.

These are great suggestions as they highlight workflow issues. The second suggestion would be a simple formula but more interestingly could be integrated into our patient db.

Note that others have voted for Bilirubin already, you can add your vote there as well:

There are separate ideas for each of these scores, please use those to vote for them.

Are you referring to the notes that are attached to a result or the notes that you add manually to a patient?
