An error occurred while saving the comment A standalone pediatric growth chart app by me and Boston Children's Hospital is now available for free: http://p2.github.com/growth-charts/index/
Maybe we'll implement the percentile calculator into MedCalc, the graphical charts however will most likely not.
An error occurred while saving the comment Is there one that you specifically like? I haven't found very good ones yet.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for this suggestion, this is actually a very elegant formula. From the mathematical derivation it seems this formula can be used for any adult patient, regardless of their weight, instead of the 75 or 65ml/kg. However they always talk about obese patients. Can you tell me if the formula is used for all patients or only for patients over a given BMI?

An error occurred while saving the comment Do you have an example of one of these? There are some apps that focus on flowcharts and decision rules, which we haven't though about implementing into MedCalc. We don't want to expand too much into other realms in order to not try to do too much.

An error occurred while saving the comment As mentioned in a comment to another suggestion (https://medcalc.uservoice.com/forums/104899-formula-suggestions/suggestions/2438018-maximum-allowable-local-anesthetic-doses), I'm not sure this can be done right without posing patients in danger. If somebody has a good reference demonstrating the safety of such a table, please add it here.
